6. Cancellations and Refunds
Orders once placed cannot be canceled after confirmation. Due to the perishable nature of our milk products, refunds or exchanges will not be entertained unless the product is found to be damaged or defective at the time of delivery. Please contact our support within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
